A Classical Music Adventure with host, John Pitman
Featuring the Prague Spring International Music Festival!
I'm delighted to invite you, friends of All Classical Portland and fellow music lovers of classical music, to celebrate the life of Chopin, Dvorak, Smetana and Mozart! On this eleven day classical music pursuit we’ll walk in Chopin’s footsteps and relive his extraordinary life by visiting the very places he lived, loved and worked.
We'll also discover Poland’s stunning cultural capital, Krakow, visiting the cathedral where the kings of this ancient land are buried, strolling the campus of the University of Copernicus and marvelling at one of Europe’s largest medieval squares.
The grande finale is the Prague Spring International Music Festival where we'll be treated to the history and legacy of the Czech Republic's greatest composers, Smetana and Dvorak! Don't miss out on this extraordinary musical adventure--we've been partnering with Earthbound Expeditions to create these tailor-made journeys, exclusively designed for All Classical Portland listeners for fifteen years! It's high-time you joined in the fun!
